Terms of Service

1. Copyright & Usage Rights^{All rights to the commissioned artwork remain the sole property of the artist (myself), unless otherwise agreed upon in writing.
Clients may not reproduce, resell, or profit from the artwork in any form without purchasing commercial usage rights.
Unauthorized commercial use is strictly prohibited and may result in legal action.}2. Right to Decline Work^{I reserve the right to accept or decline any commission request at my discretion, without the obligation to provide a reason.}3. Client Communication^{Clear and timely communication is essential to ensure a smooth commission process.
If the client has concerns regarding the direction or quality of the artwork, they are expected to communicate these during the creation process especially during the sketch stage.
I will provide updates at key stages and request client approval before proceeding to the next phase.}4. Revisions^{Revisions are primarily made during the sketch phase. This is the ideal stage for requesting adjustments to composition, pose, or expression.
Once the artwork progresses beyond the sketch stage, only minor modifications may be allowed.
Requests for significant changes during or after the rendering process may be subject to additional fees or may be declined if deemed unfeasible.}5. Publication & Privacy^{Completed artworks may be published on my portfolio, website, or social media channels.
If the client wishes to keep certain personal details private:
A 5% fee (based on the total commission price) will be applied to withhold the client’s username and/or social media links.
A 25% fee will apply if the client wishes for the artwork not to be published at all.
These requests must be communicated in advance of final delivery.}6. Artist Signature^{All commissioned works will include my artist signature or watermark.
Clients may request adjustments to the size and placement of the signature, as long as it remains clearly visible.
This clause does not apply to commercially licensed works, which will be handled under separate terms.}

Payment is due after sketch approval and must be completed in one of the following ways:
Option 1: 50% after sketch approval, 50% upon completion (before receiving the final high-resolution file)
Option 2: 100% after sketch approval}3. Additional Pricing Details^{Alternate Versions:
If you request multiple versions of the same drawing (e.g., clothed and lingerie versions), a 10% fee will be added per additional version.
Multiple Characters:
A +50% fee per additional character will apply for illustrations including two or more characters.}4. Backgrounds:^{Simple backgrounds are included in the base price.
Detailed or complex backgrounds may incur additional charges depending on complexity (quoted upon request).}5. Design Complexity:^{Highly detailed clothing, armor, accessories, or hairstyles may incur an extra fee. These will be discussed and priced during the quote stage based on the visual complexity.}6. Commercial Use:^{For commercial usage (e.g., merchandise, branding, advertising), a 300% fee will be added to the base commission price. Commercial terms must be agreed upon prior to starting the project.}
